What feelings do you have?

                                                               What Feelings Do You Have?

It’s a simple question, but one that often gets brushed aside in our day-to-day lives. So often, when we meet someone, we ask, “How are you?” but rarely pause long enough for an honest answer.

                                                         Our Monthly Gathering: Have Feelings?

Our monthly gathering, Have Feelings?, was created as a space where we can slow down, notice, and share what’s really going on for us. Together, we practice socializing how we’re doing and how we're feeling. We may be feeling joy, exhaustion, gratitude, frustration, and/or something else.  In this practice, your feelings become our feelings.  Our feelings are not, then, merely something we have but more so what we create together.

                                                                          Two Invitations

We’d love to hear from you. What feelings are alive for you right now? Drop responses below. Sharing our feelings can be both grounding and connective, a way of remembering that we don’t have to have them alone. Sometimes just saying our feelings out loud—whether in writing or in conversation—helps us breathe easier and feel seen.

We’d also love to invite you to our next gathering of Have Feelings? It’s free and happening on Tuesday, August 26th, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom. This monthly space is open to anyone who wants to join us in exploring, sharing, and being together with our feelings. All are welcome. Register here

So, what feelings do you have? We’d love to hear from you—and we’d love to see you on August 26th.
